Should Thyself come forth and become overlord and domain over the paranid, or should thyself abstain?

Really should i literally beat the shit out of the paranid because im bored of waiting for sector changes to happen (Can they happen) or should i just keep waiting in SETA mode as the credits reel in?

Can i take over sectors personally?
