Found storage hacking console, have Security decryption tool (despite the mission says I need securty slicer!), I hack the console but nothing happens or change (if it is supposed to), no mission update, no screen or any indication it did something.
This is fourth guild mission, fourth that is seriously bugged and third that is UNCOMPLETABLE!!!
