1.20: Target Markings are not appearing

Hello,

I do have the problem, that i don't see the target marking (rectangles/squares) around objects that are my target or any other objects.
You can see that in the first picture. But they still appear, if i go into my space suite. (See picture 2)
The problem is really troubling and it's next to impossible to play this way, because you can't follow enemys. I could barely kill a former M5 by using only the hud map, but luckily it was a one shot...
My ship is the paranid nemesis attacker. But it worked already so it shouldn't be caused by the ship only.

Altough i guess it's some kind of layer 8 problem, i couldn't figure out how to solve it.
I tried various hotkeys, that seemed to have anything to do with it, but nothing did the job.
