[1.2] Stuck ship in space

I had a ship that was auto-trading, and seemed to get stuck in a station on the undock command. As i was doing other things, I ignored it.

I came back to it later, to find it floating outside the station, still trying to execute the undock command. I can't remove the command from the queue, add another command in front of it, only queue up commands behind the undock.

When I boarded the ship, I was unable to get the captain out of the chair, or re-assign him, and I can't fire him.

So I think the ship is stuck there forever. Any suggestions?

(still loving the game btw, and this is the first major bug I've encountered, so pretty happy really!)
