Why do all builders look the same?

Just had a look at some shipyards to see which one to get, and it seems they're all the same model? Is this a placeholder? Seems weird to give them different names otherwise.

If I recall correctly, it was the same with X:R as well. I suspect it's more to do with how they've programmed construction vessels in the engine - because of how they interact with both stations and other vessels, it's difficult to use different models to do it.

But that's just a guess.
