How can I hire station engineer to complete mission?

Same problem here, someone know how to complete that damn quest?

I haven’t bothered trying one of these missions, as they seem to require they have 3-4 stars in multiple stats. While I have, on rare occasions, seen someone with a four star stat, I haven’t seen anyone high lvl in two stats. You would probably need to train a lower lvl engineer yourself, but after 50 hours on an auto-trader, none of my service crew have increased in stat. Maybe if the ship took some damage, and they had to repair it, they might improve, but until I see something happen there, I just skip these missions.

I recall in past games, you could train marines to higher lvls at a military station, hopefully they will add some sort of training modules you can stick on your station. (Of course, this May exist and I just haven’t figured out how to do it, I have found some training holo disc things, but don’t know what to do with them)

I do have high level crewmen (you can get them by recruiting from actual npc capships instead than on stations, were they all are low level), but couldn't figure it either and the mission doesn't proceed if you dock there even with a 5 star crewman/normal engineer. The mission asks specifically for "station engineer"s, but that's not a crew role you can have on board your ship. Maybe on your stations? Didn't really start station building yet myself, so I can't confirm.
