[1.20] (323307) BUG - Custom Loadouts Can't be Repeated Without Getting Stuck. (UI Bug)

So I brought in 10 miners in for upgrades. I created a simple custom loadout with the 2 new upgrades I was giving my Miner ships.

After when I add one ship to my shopping cart after using the custom loadout and repeat it for the next ship it does not activate / change. It acts almost like it's already in use.

So the work around is I pick a none custom loadout then click the custom one again to fix the issue. It's not a deal breaker clearly just a Minor UI issue.
