Auto Pilot epicly failed

I had auto pilot cruising me to the sector I wanted and it was having me take one of the highways. It went to pull me off and ran me into a grate at around 11000m/s. I thought I was done for sure and the computer came up saying "Auto Pilot epicly failed". Glad to see it recognized it's screw up.

I got one of those too.. ended up inside an asteroid. Yes, Inside it.

mine said that right as it threw me into a xenon system 1 load later all fixed

also 1 star pilots will park your ship into the asteroid that is the player hd most of the time >.>

how can you trust a spaceship to autopilot while they couldn't drive a car correctly？
