I'm attempting to send a remote ship from my mission-granted station in Grand Exchange I to the Argon Equipment Dock in Black Hole Sun IV. I click the ship in my property list, right-click the station, then select "Dock at". I would expect it to take the following route:
Superhighway (SH) to Grand Exchange III -> Jump Gate (JG) to Black Hole Sun V -> SH to Black Hole Sun IV -> Dock at station
Instead, it takes the following route:
JG to Nopileos' Fortune IV -> JG to Pontefix's Claim -> JG to Holy Vision -> JG to True Sight -> JG to Second Contact II Flashpoint -> JG to Black Hole Sun IV -> Dock at station
I just discovered something interesting. My station is located in the "east" corner of Grand Exchange I. If I order my ship to fly near the northern border of the sector first, then queue a command to dock at the Argon Equipment Dock, it takes the first route. If I just issue the dock order while the ship is docked at my station, it takes the second route.
So, yeah. That seems wrong. Pilot has 4 stars in his Piloting skill, if that makes a difference.

So, this is still happening, and I've updated the post title appropriately. Ships apparently refuse to go through Grand Exchange III. They always go the long way around. In addition to the behavior I post about above, I just discovered that a ship sent on a trade the other direction, from Black Hole Sun IV to Grand Exchange I, instead went up around, through Argon Prime, Haktivah's Choice, etc. All the way around down to Grand Exchange.
There is something severely bugged about autopilot travel through Grand Exchange III. And I'm pretty sure it's Grand Exchange III, or at least something directly connected to it, because if you first tell your ship to manually Fly To any point in Grand Exchange III, it will do so as expected, then will fly anywhere else you want along an expected path. But any autopilot path that would pass through Grand Exchange III is instead redirected the long way around.
