Joystick mapping swap

When I started the game for the first time today none of my controls were working and I reloaded my profile with no luck. Then when rebinding I noticed that my various joystick inputs were numbered differently, e.g. my joystick was #1 and throttle was #3 yesterday but now they've reordered themselves so the controls are mapped to the wrong input devices. I think that's controlled by Windows, when I plugged them in yesterday they took a certain order and when I turned the PC on today they took a different order.

The game recognizes my devices: thrustmaster joystick, throttle, and logitech pedals and pulls their names down. Maybe map the controls to the named devices rather than their order in Windows, which can change. Now maybe in the future every reboot they'll load in the same order and I'll be fine. But the next time I plug them in, if I do it in the wrong order the game would confuse the mapping again.
