1.10 bug - black market vendor bar disapears

so ive been finding the mission lucrative offer which causes the spacebar to appear on the station but if you go there without the goods in your inventory then go away to get them and return the spacebar is no longer accessible from the elevator, seems to be some sort of bug in the event ai

pretty sure this is the debug log for the issue but i may be mistaken
