Auto remote trade bugged

I did a few missions remote with my Vanguard. So bought some wares with via the map remote feature. Confirm the trade and off my Vanguard goes. You get the screen 'waiting to complete the trade'. You can follow your ship on screen and all 5 times it got stuck on a highway or at the arrival point when it should dock. The ship is frozen, the game itself not. Everything works but the ship. At that point I can only load my save game.
