Missing targeting Brackets

Not sure if i pressed a button turn them off or if this particular ship just loses them, but im missing all my targeting brackets. Arrow show direction but once centered the target disappears until i can visually see the target. I lost movement speed and direction on ships, and all container hud heads are gone. Anyone else have this problem, I searched settings but not sure what was pressed to remove them. Thanks!

I played with stuff, Its actually the ship type that does it. The Eclipse Vanguard loses all brackets, you only have two dots to know where the brackets are.

Edit* So dumb it didnt have a targeting computer, Doh should have know better then that.....
