Joystick not sensitive- english V1.10-T16000M

Finally got the docking thing down after just flying out and then flying back in to dock. My joystick has an issue. I have to move the joystick almost halfway before the game realizes I'm trying to turn. This happens when flying up, down, or rolling left or right, the 4 axis's of my joystick.Which control settings might be able to address this issue. I've tried everything that looks obvious and nothing seems to make any difference. I tried the deadzone setting for the joystick and when I set it at 100% I have nothing and when I set it at 0 It still lets my joystick move nearly 50 percent of the travel before the ship responds.

I used the analog steering controls settings for my T16000m joystick and got way better response.

Docking is much easier when you can fly your ship properly. I now have good control of my ship via the analog joystick controls, had to invert the steer up and down.
