Exchange Software Upgrades from captured ship with mine? HOW?

Hey Everyone!

First Off: How do I sell a captured ship? I am docked on a Wharf with all captured ships now and I cant find an optioin to sell?

I captured 3 fighters, claimed them, got them a captain and landed them on the same station. Turns out some of them have better software upgrades than I have on my starter ship.
For example a Police Scanner or Mk2 Landing Computer and many more things. In X3 I was able to simple exchange the ugprades between ships. Is that possible also in X4? If so, how?
And can Thruster & Engine upgrades also be exchanged?

just put in a build order to give the ship with the scanner you want the worst one, it will give you the credit difference, and then you can put in a build order on your personal ship with the new scanner with those credits
