1.10 - Some bugs (collision, ship commands, pathfinding...)

Hello,

Here are some bugs I ran into :
- Stuck inside asteroid.
I flew into an asteroid and got stuck inside. High speed collision detection is not working fine :(
One of my ship flew into an asteroid and got stuck inside (same as me but don't know how he managed to do this...)
- Pathfinding for ships not always correct.
My ships often go through station (especially when landing or taking off)
- Pathfinding for the green landing marker sometimes go through structures
- When I send one of my ship to explore a sector, I create a lots of "explore" commands.
When the ship start the last "explore" command, it just sit in space and does not finish the command.
I need to manually delete the command
- I saw a strange behavior with the highway and portals.
Sectors "Second Contact" and "xxx vision" (don't remember the name) are linked by a portal, and have a highway going through the portal.
When ships travel on the highway and are teleported to the other sector, shortly after, they are teleported back to the initial sector.
After trying it myself, I saw an asteroid crossing the highway so I suppose it cause some collision that reset ships.
Everyting was back to normal when the asteroid disappeared (don't know how... I might have exploded it when I ran into it on the highway..)
- I tried to board a ship with soldiers and got a loooots of trouble having them reach the ship... All pods were just turning around the ship... I tried from farther and managed to board it...
Pods should go far from the ship and then straight forward to it instead of simply turning around.
- One of my ship lost its engine and other equipment.
I sent one of my ship to an equipment dock to refill it with satellites. When I check it after some times, it was still landed on the equipment dock, but with no engine, no shield, no weapons...

Some gameplay improvment / misunderstanding (my own opinion of course)
- When closing the map, please keep the state of panels so when we re-open it, we don't have to close the panels again and again...
- How do you give "General orders" to ships ? For each ship, there is a "default behavior" -> Use global behavior. I didn't find any way to set the global behavior.
- It is said in videos that the ship objective (like buy from station...) become your objective when taking the pilot seat. Well that's not the case...
- Please add trade options from ship to ship without having to drop cargo in space...
- The "construction storage" does not have a selection feedback and does not appear on the map... I lost a lot of time to understand how to give my cargo to my station to build it...
- There are not enough ships in sectors... Most stations are empty and only transporter lands on them. This should be improved to give more life to sectors (more fighters, travelers, with no real goal except wandering around...)
- Researching things in the HQ is far to easy...
- I still don't understand what are "modifications" for ships and how to build them... But maybe I've missed something...

There are lots of thing to improve, but it will be a great game at the end :D

Ok for general orders, I've just missed that panel :D

I know we can trade between 2 ships using this command but this force the ship to drop the cargo in space, and the 2nd one collect it.
What I would like is trade options between docked ships (for ex, I dock with my discoverer on my big ship and give it missiles or satellites)

For modification, I'll check in docks but I'm talking about the modifications you unlock during the research.
I'm not talking about Mk1 Mk2 Mk3

Craft modifications: I know what you mean. Just go there and you see two benches. One of them is for crafting modifications. See the screenshots.
