Some Missions I tried I think are bugged

Hi guys, I have been playing this game for 2 days, and I found some bugged missions within the game.

I cannot talk to the NPC at a base which I was suppose to transport. She was in the Engineering room and I could not talk to her despite trying to complete the mission. I think it is the Black Hole Sun sector where I got the mission.

Another mission is the Explosive Extraction, I found the Minotaur ship but there is nothing that I did that made the mission complete. I could not find the explosives, and I used my Space suit to scan and get 100%, I tried using the different scan modes and could not get anything done to progress in the quest. In the end the ships around the base destroyed the Minotaur and I failed the mission.

Please look into this missions.

Yes much misison are bugged, i think beta-tester not have found or this bugs are new bugs...
I have found 3 missions bugged.
