Keyboard Mouse Layout Helper

After battling the last few days with the control organisation I've had to come up with a keyboard helper to minimize the number of double key presses as set by default.

Now this is in now way supposed to be the be all and end all as everyone will have their own preferences but what it should be able to do is provide a base from which you can tweak and perfect to your own use.
