Map info bar

Map info bar should be more readable. Here's what I would change:
- make info bar resizable horizontaly
- make scroll bar visible or invisible all the time, don't make it appear and disappear every time list gets full
- have the squadrons and stations the same background as other ships, leave + sign with bright background
- is there a reason for stations to occupy 2 rows instead of 1? If not please remove the blank one
