[1.10] [BUG] PHQ NPC docking pathing

Game version: 1.10 (current at this time) English
No mods
Game start with tutorials.

I'm back with a different problem with the PHQ and other NPC stations as well. So the player station that you get from the main boron plot line, i'm trying to conduct a mining operation out of it. Using miners -> storage-> traders centered around the PHQ, but all the ships get stuck in the middle section (asteroid) of the station
and they don't get unstuck like I've seen in with other NPC stations. A workaround that I found is you leave the sector so you are OOS they clip through and dock properly. I didn't make a bug for day to day NPC stations as they usually get unstuck. The overall pathing of autopilot/NPC ships probably needs a revision but it's really bad around the PHQ.

Reassuring it's not just me - it seems NPCs are like moths attracted to a lightbulb with the PHQ asteroid.

No matter where I move the dock, they calmly and obliviously float straight past, crashing merrily into the asteroid in the centre over and over again.
