1.10 BUG Ship updates and built ships stuck in queue (never built or applied)

Version: 1.10

How to replicate:
- land at a wharf
- either buy a new ship or update existing one

Actual result:
- Updates are never applied
- Ships get stuck in queue, timer not updating
- The latter is actually visible in the "Owned property" tab in the map
- No matter how long the waiting takes, the queue never moves forward

Expected result:
- Updates are applied, new ships built

I have the same bug. To add to this just so its clear: the wharf has enough resources to build the ship/upgrades and nothing is ahead in the queue, it's just failing to do anything.

Had same issue. Started new game and orders count down straight away and all is good!
Definite bug as a lot of people same issue on other thread in general forum.

These issues are addressed in Build 1.21 which is currently in Public Beta testing, but to recover those ships you may have to start from a save made before they get stuck.

It seems the previous update didn't fix the problem - I started from the save that preceeded the build order and the ship got stuck in the queue. I'll start the game over from scratch and see if the problem persists.

Just got this bug in the 1.30 release.

Had a ship queued up for upgrades but then realized the wharf I was at did not have the materials for my stuff so I cancelled in and moved to a more stocked dock.
Ended up stuck in a empty queue. No ships were being built. Wharf was well stocked.

Apparently they fixed this bug in the last update. Myself I started over from the beginning and the updates seem to work.
