Anyway to reset a sector map?

I got teleported 3000 km, "South West" of the center of Argon Prime, then 3000 km to the "North East" this means that my map is all sorts of stretched out to cover all that empty space, and kinda looks bad. It'd be nice if there was a way to resize or even reset the map.
