How to set factions hostile?

Hi all,

i've run into the question if and how it is possible to set a faction hostile? I am currently doing the Argon Federation vs. Holy Order missions but most holy order ships or laser guns are not beeing shown as hostile. To make it easier it would be very useful to put the hostile factions like PGS and HAT for all my stuff on hostile. I think i have seen it somewhere but i cannot find it anymore so help would be very appreciated!
