[1.10 Bug] Crew won't leave ship when assigned to new ship/station

I can assign crewmembers on my ships to work on another ship or station (when docked appropriatly). They do acknoledge the change in assignement, but never actually leave their old post.
I could do this before I installed the 1.10 patch.

EDIT: When the crewmember in question is currently holding the position captain/pilot, then he will go to his new workplace. So only servicesmen and marines get stuck on their ship.

Also might be related to this, if you promote another crewman on your ship to pilot (like a marine or something) your previous pilot disappears and no longer exists.
