Missing Captains

Issue occurred after update to 1.10. After loading save, 2 new missions appeared in my upkeep log to "Acquire Captain" for my current ship [(Falcon Vanguard) which I am captaining with 3 service crew aboard] and one ship (Discoverer Vanguard) that I had en-route to the Wharf I am docked at. I have an additional ship (Kestrel Sentinel) docked at another station that is also missing it's captain, but no mission appeared for it in my upkeep log. The issue being I now have two ships that I can no longer give remote commands to (dock/fly to) to replace their captains/crew. Note: my ships had captains and I was able to give them remote orders in version 1.0.

I have DxDiag and vulkaninfo exported and ready if required.

Found a workaround. Flew to ship locations with crew on-board. Promoted service crew to pilot, then EVA'd over to other ship. Sent new pilot with additional crew to other ship location to transfer personnel and pilot my other docked ship. tedious, but it worked. Hopefully captains will not randomly disappear in the future, and will be shot out of the cockpit like a captain should be.
