1.10 BUG - Unable to Complete Docking w/o Re-entering pilot chair

Game Version: Unmodified / Steam English version 1.10 (323115)
Issue: Unable to complete docking procedure without getting out of the pilot chair and getting back in. Ship will be green on all parameters but, upon reaching touchdown zone, the docking procedure will not complete.
Reproduceable: Yes
Other info: This docking bug has presented itself outside of missions. I had a relief pilot, but firing them had no effect. Bug was not prevalent when flying other ships (Argon interceptor, Sentinel). May be intermittent, but could easily reproduce by loading attached save game, it happened every time.
