1.10 LAG - GTX 1050 not detected and really low FPS

Hi, I am running the 1.10 version unmodded, and the game is currently nearly unplayable with my current settings.

I have a ROG Strix GL553VD with a GTX 1050 and an integrated Intel display driver. The game defaults to the Intel and there are no other options. I tried disabling the Intel driver and all that did was make the game default to the Windows basic display driver. I get about 10-15 frames in the starting station and just under 20 in my ship. While playing, the game is using the GTX 1050 but I am getting much worse performance than I normally do and it uses 2 out 4 GB of VRAM. Asides from my GPU, the rest of my system meets the Recommended requirements so I am not sure what to do to make this game playable.

I am not sure how to provide the DxDiag or the VulkanInfo but I do have the .txt files if someone could explain how to upload those.
