Crew questions

I have so many questions about crew...

What do they do?
-Service men?
- Marines?

How do you level them up?

What is Moral?

Where do you find Pilots, or managers? I only ever see Engineers...

Why are there single digit numbers, next to an x/3?

I can answer some of this. Morale probably affects combat somehow, marines are for boarding, service men maybe are for repairing? or something not sure on those. As for managers and such, you turn crewmen/woman into managers and everything else for that matter. Single digit number is their star rank, the x/3 is the progress to next star rank

How do you use the training items you can buy?
How do you move your "Elite" crew to a new ship?
How do you take a marine, and make him a pilot? Or move him to another ship?

The training items apparently aren't implemented yet. They are in the game but you can't use them.
As it is right now, you can only move a captain. Talk to the captain tell him to work somewhere else, or go into the ship info and look for personnel, right click on the name of the person, comm and move to other place. Don't promote someone else to captain without first moving your captain because they disappear when promoting someone else. To promote a marine into a captain, just go to ship info, look for crew, right click on anme of marine and promote to pilot.
