Replace Captain with best crewmember

Replace captain with best crewmember, captain leaves the seat. Blue NPC(i.e a stranger) came in, sat and flew off with my ship, i.e grand theft auto, lost the ship from owned property. Am now in the same cockpit as the ship hijacker.
