Hello,
Shipyards and wharfs sell large ships, and equipment docks sell small ships.
Apparently you can only sell ships at shipyards and wharfs?
How do you sell your ship and buy a small one? Is there a taxi service from a shipyard to equipment dock?

the shipyard/wharf can also act as the equipment dock. when in the pilot seat land at the shipyard/wharf and in the station menu select upgrade ship option
