Unable to Load Most Recent Save

Hello,

I'm going to detail this to the best of my ability but information is limited as there isn't a crash report after.

When I attempt to load my most recent MANUALLY saved file, my PC crashes to desktop. This has not happened with manual saves in the past. I have rebooted my machine but it continues to occur. The game was running smooth prior to this and I have had some bugs but no crashes. Here are the details I actually CAN provide.

Save Location: Profit Center Alpha
Time Played: 11h 55m
Crash at %: Either 98% or 99% depending on each attempt.
World Location: Just above or just on a highway.

PC Specs
CPU: i5-2500
RAM: 8gb, don't remember the speed atm.
Graphics Card: Radeon GTX 970

I have a not TOO far back auto-save but I'd hate to lose my time. If there's no fix, there's no fix but this is at least a heads up.
