Hello guys!
So I'm new to X in general, and I must say that I'm really enjoying the game so far! The only complaint I have is the lack of guidance, but I get that it's a different kind of game.
I'm here today to seek help in finding a Station Engineer. I was given this mission and it says "Station Engineers Needed", and it asks for Engineer: 3 for skill level, to be delivered on an ARG Spacefuel Factory I.
The point is, I've been searching on every station but can't find a matching person for that. Am I missing something?

My guess would be finding a person with "Engineering 3" when you look at them, but majority I've seen so far in my playthrough are 1 or 2.

At least yours is only a 3 skill. They want a 4 skill in the mission I ended up with! That's not gonna happen for a long time, and they aren't paying me enough, pesky mission givers....
