[BUG] Ship teleports even when not opening map or using travel mode

Not sure if a reply to an existing topic is more appropriate than a new topic, but since the root cause/trigger of what I'm experiencing appears to be different from what I've read elsewhere in these forums, I'm giving this it's own topic so it's more likely to be seen...

This appears to be the same bug other people are having, except I do not have to open my map or use travel mode for it to happen. All I'm doing when it happens is flying around a Paranid Defense Platform scanning, in Sacred Relic, and I am teleported randomly to Pious Mists. I have had it happen in scan mode and with scan mode off. Not sure if knowing it happens without the trigger helps, but there you go. Hopefully this one is fixed soon, because I'm dying to explore this game!
