[Bug 1.1] Speed set to zero when using Left Joystick + Mouse

Hi,

I am using the steam controller with gamepad mode off. This does allow mouse and joystick to work together but when doing so my ship speed is set to 0.
Is this intentional?

[edit] seams to be a lot of issues using mouse and joystick at the same time
