Issues With Ship to Ship Transfers

I have two ships docked in a station on adjacent pads. NTA-979 has Antimatter Cells that need transferring to MCC-492. MCC-492 has crew that needs transferring to NTA-979. Both ships have the available space for the transfer.

When attempting to transfer the cells, everything looks like it should work (order is the only item in the queue, 'remaining cargo after orders' popup is there etc) but nothing happens. Dropping the cargo on NTA-979 and using MCC-492 to collect the cargo with the O button does nothing. The cargo vanishes from space but doesn't enter the hold.

When trying to transfer non-pilot crew from MCC to NTA using the comms menu, the command is given but the crew do not move ships. The workaround is to promote the non-pilot crewmember on MCC to pilot, then intercept the character as it gets to the pilot seat and tell it to go to the non-pilot crew position on NTA. The crewmember then moves as instructed.

Ware transfer:
Ship to ship ware transfer while docked is on our list to add. Ware transfers are currently possible by:
- Transfering between a ship and another ship docked at it e.g. Ship A docked at Ship B allows transfers between them
- The transfer ware order between two ships piloted by AI
- Ejecting the wares in space and ordering the other ship to collect them

Crew transfer:
There is a know issue when attempting to reassign non-pilots. This is fixed in the next patch (after 1.10)
