Just thought I'd take a minute to write up the bugs I've encountered and remember so far:
1. The first time I tried to dock I glitched inside the station. I was able to get back out with a bit of persistence.
2. When an npc pilot is in the chair, I just clicked use on the chair rather than telling the pilot to get up. He stood up, but remained with me in the cockpit just standing there next to the chair (and obscuring my vision).
3. Speaking to the manager of a space station caused the manager's head to rotate about 180 degrees and fold over into his back.
4. NPC's on stations often run on the moving sidewalks in the wrong direction, or they get stuck on the divider between the sidewalks and just run in place.

Re: A few minor bugs
Ad1: Had the same problem, not only while docking, but in every other place in station i can partially fly through its hull.
Something from me:
1 When i wanted to run in station i was not able to map shift key to it.
2 Ok so i mappet caps lock, yet when i turned running i wanted to turn it off, yet the same mapped to running button wasn't working.
I don't think it should work the way like i tired: When i wanted to run i'm entering running mode with one button, but when i wanted to walk i enter walking mode with another binded to walking key.
One button should turn running on and off. Also there should be option to run only while holding the button pressed.I think that's the standards while moving your characters in most games.

Re: A few minor bugs
Im writing new comment instead of editing previous one, because i don't know if there is notification on edition of post.
Found Out that pressing "full forward" and "full reverse" keys is not setting constant movement. Instead we have to constantly hold down that keys to maintain moving.
I assume many key mappings like that one could use some quality of life changes like additional options which set option "hold to use" or "push once to use".
