Need help; Many Questions

A few things:

1) Soon as I bought another ship, the trade menu seems to have broke. It's just empty, nothing there. I've tried restarting, even loading before I buy the ship (which fixes it, then immediately breaks again when the ship is built).

2) How in the world do you exchange wares between ships? I cant figure out how to trade between docked ships, and even in space, by dropping cargo and manually flying over, I cant pick it up... It just vanishes after a minute of trying.


I cant continue my quest because of this. Help?

I can't answer #1, but as to #2 you have to activate the container magnet (defaults to O on the keyboard)
