1.0 CTD Game not starting - Unsuitable graphics card

Hello. Spec: Intel Core i5-4570, NVidia GTX 650Ti, Windows 10 x64, 16 GB RAM
Game doesn't start. Icon at tray appears for 1 second, then nothing happens.
Updated GPU drivers, disabled Steam overlay, tried to run exe as administrator at steam library folder. AV software disabled.
There are no crash dumps at game folder.
I can't post logs, i reaching limit with only DxDiag, VulkanInfo is bigger.

Seems, that my 650Ti with 1 Gb VRAM is too weak for this, so it doesn't start.
