Map Panning Issue

Hi,

Loving the game so far. I just noticed some problems inside the map, sometimes when I try to pan it gets restricted to just one axis so I cant pan freely, to get rid of this restriction sometimes zooming in or tumbling in solves the issue, but is a bit annoying.

How are you panning the map? By mouse scrolling or WASD? Do you have any additional input devices beyond mouse and keyboard? Are you still having this issue in 1.10?

I'm using the left click, right for tumbling. But as soon as the tumbling reach a more glazing angle the panning get stuck in just one axis, tumbling again in a less extreme angle let the panning works again in all axis. I'm just using mouse and keyboard. Yes, I'm using 1.1 .
