3rd Stream - Questions to ask

Hello,

Because I won't be able to follow the 3rd stream in live this evening, I would ask people if you can ask some questions during the live.

So I wanted to know more about the PNJ that ships will contain and the workforces that will be required by stations :
  • How the workfoces will be created?
  • It appears that ships will contain much more PNJ than in XR : the last stream showed an average of 20 PNJ onboard for frigate sized ships (I believe).
  • Which roles will they play onboard our ships?
  • How will they be hired?
I also appreciate if they could tell more about relation mechanisms between factions. As they told, factions will be able to seize sectors, so is it only during plots or there will be a real war/diplomacy mechanism where the player will be involved into?

Please tell me, did I get it right from the 3rd stream?

Falcon, Nova - are combat S-class
Discoverer, Kestrel - are scout S-class
Peregrin and Minotaur (?) - are bomber M-class

Which race was the relief pilot? He looked vaguely reptilian so I'm thinking maybe Split. Hopefully the next twitch will show all the new race models.
