Hey guys, so I'm doing another x-rebirth play-through and I'm using my start mod and cwir where Im allied with the Heretic Vanguard.
Anyways while plaything this I noticed something very strange, literally nothing is spawning in Omicron Lyrae except a few medium transport ships and the military spawns CWIR sets up to patrol/defend areas. At the moment they appear to be the only faction effected by this as I see tradeships from other factions going all over the universe.
Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Difficult to say what's wrong (if at all). Most likely one of your mods but I'm not familiar with either of those you've mentioned.
