[Mod] Teladi Overwatch Ring Platform

Adds a Platform to the Teladi Overwatch where internal and external Model match.

User Input wanted for further Improvement:
=> Locations for NPCs
to help me with this Activate the Debuglog,
Dock on this new Platform,
move to Positions where you would place an NPC and
Open the Sector Map

every time you Open the Sector Map your current Position and Looking Direction is saved to the Logfile and can be used to create an NPC Spot. simply post them as Comment so i can include them ;)

Known Bugs:
the Dock Icon may disappear on approaching it.
Solution: slowly fly away from it backwards until it appears again, then immediately boos towards it to register it on your Board Computer.
Once its registered it wont Disappear again.

well, i am not a modeller to texturer, Scripting or using existent stuff in weird ways is my territory... but if someone can create better textures for me its no problem for me to swap them ;)

I wanted to give this a little more visibility because I think it's a neat idea, but I need a little more information from others more knowledgeable to see how far this can be taken.

* Redoing the textures should be doable, right?

* In the video, the player seems to sink through the water and out of the station entirely. Will anything in the game's physics engine have to be adjusted to prevent this or can one simply put a "floor" at the bottom of water features without having to mess around too much under the hood?

* ...can this be a feature in X:R 2? :-)
I tried signing this but now there's just a bunch of ink on my screen. Who do I sue to correct this?

1) yep, that one should be simple.. dint look into the related textures file yet, but i am sure there is room and possibility for improvement

2) the falling through water is intentional (in the Video i used it to get back to the Start pos quickly) - in an early version Water was just like any other ground and you could simply walk on it as if it were a solid surface, but i disliked that (and i am afraid of Chuck Norris walking over me if i did that..) - so i changed the Water part to have nocollision as if the Player had Super Drowning Skills - i want to add some kind of black box later so you fall into blackness instead of inside the mesh, but adjusting these is a very time-consuming process.. (at least for me as non-modeller who only edits the raw xmls and makes some slight adjustments to binary files)
