Problem with Race Notoriety - XTC mod

I have been searching for days and days now and can't find an answer. I'm playing X3TC 3.2 (Steam), with XTC 2.2 installed, and RRF. For some reason that i just can't seem to grasp, my Teladi rep just decreases by itself. I don't have any stations or ships in their sectors, i never started any conflict with them, i just entered some of their core sectors, they told me to go away, and i did.
I made an experiment using the Cheat Package, i boosted my Teladi rep to "Shareholder" and just flew around, docking at a trading station, nothing more... sure enough, 3 or 4 minutes later, the rep just bombed instantly to "mercantile rebel" and keeps decreasing.
What's happening?
