Split from AMD driver issues in menus threads.

its an old post maybe but had same problem with my asus r9 280x card. none of the dll 's, radeonpro settings and cpu core settings worked for me.

then found This dll file as last try(for a while at least). just puted in the folder which x3ap exe located and it works perfect now.

about virus thing. it s not my own update and i never scanned it so download at your own risk in my case i dont really care about an infected system as long as ap runs.

Hi. First of all thanks for the input but there is really no need to resurrect increasing older threads to post the same thing several times.

The other reasons that I split out your posts were that you were unprepared to vouch for the integrity of the download and that, in any case, the file you offered is allegedly the exact same dll that the threads you posted in were already suggesting to apply, only obtained from 'official' AMD sources in their 12.x driver suites.

You also confused things rather by stating "none of the dll 's, ... worked for me." yet ended by suggesting the already recommended dll workaround which apparently does not work for all series R7/R9 card users. There is also further RadeonPro version information in that thread that may have also perhaps helped you.

Found my own solution. First dll and radeonpro settings didnt worked and it has nothing to do with cpu core. Im using fx 6100 and asus r9 280x so both is a fail for this game.

After trying all i simply downloaded another dll put it in same folder with x3ap.exe and it runs perfect. No CRASH at start like other dll's so give it a try. here is the links:

For the last time of asking nicely, please stop posting the same reply in multiple old threads, especially when half of those threads already give the exact same dll workaround you are suggesting.

The dll goes in the main X3TC folder with the X3AP.exe and not in the addon folder.
