save editing - add Computronium to inventory

I would like some help to add the Computronium ware to my inventory as it seems the lockbox that was ment to be in

has been destroyed.

I've tried editing my save before, but i can't repack the file into a save_###.xml.gz winrar doesn't like it.

You dont need to "compress" save...
Just edit savegame and save it as xml

The game will see savegame

edited: i have to unzip the file before i can edit it so i thought i had to zip it back up again to use it.

Do you know where in the save file i can add things to my player inventory? and what is the ware code? is the (devs only) ware item number on rougey's website the correct one?

You could try with SaveGameEditor

just tried that, the program is saying it is unable to open the save file.

In case you guys missed it, there is a setting in game to turn off/on save game compression.
