Missing:Lost script editor option

How do I get to the script editor I read that you have to hit S-C-S in game to do it but there is no last "S" so how do I open it up?

umm...uhhh do I like type that or something? because I tried and I did squat, wait no it said "Eclipic projecter not installed". so how do I make this work? Wait No I have my script Money.Fixer But I cant make it work how can I make it work. The code is "Addmoneytolayer:[PLAYERSHIP]" "add 999,999,999 credits" ut I can't make It run. help?
