Modding 4.0 + home of light dlc
will all the mods work still when These are released? mods like world war X. several of the sector mods etc. and several other kinds

Engine-wise you can already look into this by using the 4.0 Beta - the HoL DLC is only for the Content itself, some Changes/Additions for the Game (Engine) itself used by it are basically part of the Main Game just never encountered there or not available to the Player (Player Warehouses and Warp Anomalies come to mind) - so if a Mod is compatible with 4.0 it should also work with the DLC enables/Addded - although exceptions are possible

well hopefully most will work.
