Remote transport fees not updated to Steam - resolved

I am stuck on the 'never enter a station again' achievement on Steam. ( I have completed all the rest). The value has been 420,000 for at least a month (while I was focusing on other achievements).

I have tested this by buying one unit of scrap so the 2500 transport fee was obvious. My account was lower by 2500 plus 15 for the scrap. Drone whizzed over with my purchase. So transport fee was incurred but no change to the value on Steam achievement.

Clearly it was working at one point. I sell all the items I pick up in space remotely (except where Black Market Trader required). So I am continually incurring transport fees but the Steam value is no longer responding.

Suggestions welcome. Mike

Post a link to a vanilla save and let others try remote trading from it (note that it may mess up the tester's own achievements listing though). If it updates the remote transport costs for them then it is something on your Steam or game install or your system, if not then the save can be looked at by the devs to see what has gone wrong.

If I read stats.xml code correctly, then achievement stats updated to Steam with discrete intervals: 50'000 cr for 100'000 achievement and 100'000 for 1'000'000 achievement. but I may be wrong here.

Did you by any chance started new game and 420'000 is from previous game?

In X Rebirth all achievements binded to save game and stats are not accumulated accross different playthrough, you need to spend 1M Cr on remote fees in one save.
I got this achievement pretty fast because often restocked missiles via remote trade.

Yes I did start a new game - to gain the achievements that require playing on 'hard'.

It is quite likely that the 420,000 is from the earlier game.

Just checked my stats. I am only up to 260,000 on current game, and it is going up with trades.

So all is OK. I just need to do a few (~300) more trades.
