Joint Operation Mission - Heart of Albion can't Destroy PMC Tech Lab 1

Hi,

I'm currently on the mission to protect the Heart of Albion which is trying to destroy PMC Tech Lab 1 but it can't seem to damage it below 12% hull. I tried using my own ships to assist (1 balor, 1 taranis) but the hull of the station is still stuck at 12%.

I am running a modded game but after removing the mods I'm still not able to destroy the station.

Is the station suppose to blow up completely before the plot progress or am I missing something? Would appreciate the assistance.

I got a message from the HoA ship to dock when they retreated.
