So, played Rebirth after release, was disappointed, came back now, hoping the mess is sorted. Within 2 hours of play, I found these apparently still not fixed bugs:
Escort mission: freighter exits a highway. The freighter starts spinning and does not move from its place. Except for spinning faster and faster.
Station Ambience Sounds keep playing after quick undocking (press the button on the albion, skip animation by pressing escape) ALWAYS. It only switches to space ambience if combat music is triggered and then returns to non-combat.
Station Defend Mission:
Two enemies spawned inside the station, and cannot get out:

Until finally friendly AI shoots in their direction so much that the station to be defended dies.
I really really would like to play and enjoy this game, but with crippling bugs years after release, I just can't...

Reproduction steps and/or a save alongside a note on whether the save is vanilla or not would help players and Devs work out what may be going wrong. If the save had used any mods or save edits at any time, it would help to list those too.
Fighters stuck in stations
Yes, this does occur in vanilla games. Common places I have seen it are that AG Core Dig station in your first screen shot and the PMC Badlands Colony. I think a common cause is probably when they spawn OOZ (no collisions) and happen to be in the station model when we arrive IZ.
A work-around is to leave and reenter the zone as they may fly out of the model while OOZ again. Or leaving and telling our ships to kill them while we are OOZ works too. Not ideal but an option at least.
M Traders taking odd routes in Radiant Heaven Sector
Two possibilities here. Firstly an intentional one caused by their being one-way systems of highways that mean some Zones need to be flown without highways (his is the reason I, sadly, avoid that Sector even though it is perhaps the most beautiful/novel).
Secondly that a pathing bug is occurring. That have happened throughout previous versions of the game, in various different Sectors. There was a fix for some pathing issues in 3.61 but from just that photo it is not possible to determine if the flight path is a bug or a 'feature' of that Sector's map.
